If you’re a creator like me, you know it’s easy to be critical of yourself, your work, and the pace at which you’re going. Especially when social media prompts us to compare ourselves to others constantly. The use of AI has only accelerated how fast content is being created.

If you feel rushed to produce just to keep up, remember to give yourself the time you need. No one can produce without first replenishing their energy and inspiration. Take care of yourself, step away often, and the work will flow.

Most importantly, remember it’s okay if it’s not perfect. Nothing is. Instead, ask yourself: did I enjoy creating it? If so, it’s already a success.
